We work through your users, core journey, constraints and budget. You get a proposed scope and quote before committing.

Design, build and review
Agree the key flows, build in stages and review working software together. AI features are tested against real examples.

Launch with a handover
Plan release, documentation and code handover. Hosting, production support and ongoing work are agreed explicitly.
Have one AI question to test first? A separate £3,000 AI pilot covers one use case and one data source or integration, typically over 2–3 weeks. It is a focused pilot, with production rollout and ongoing support scoped separately.
