Garment detection, visual retrieval and multimodal review, with a benchmark to inspect match quality.
Independent studio / London
Bitter Honey is an independent studio founded by Marco Di Rosa in London. We design and build web apps, mobile products and useful AI. You work directly with a founder and engineer who connects the product decisions to the software that ships.
Our independent products give each capability a concrete place to develop. Wheerli explores retrieval and evaluation; Gyoza explores agent execution; Pragma connects business signals to an assistant.
Ricorda brings the delivery side into focus: the originally shipped Studio and ID apps, backend services, consent workflows and payments. Studio and patient-browser paths remain supported; ID is retired. Each project has its own stage, with the work still to do stated clearly.
That same ownership shapes our product builds, focused AI pilots and engineering support. We agree the outcome, build the smallest useful system and evaluate the result before deciding what comes next.

Garment detection, visual retrieval and multimodal review, with a benchmark to inspect match quality.
Business context, account boundaries and visible execution state, with reliability work under active development.
Read-only business signals, explicit scoring and a local dashboard exposed through an MCP server.
Originally shipped as Studio and ID; Studio and patient-browser journeys are now the supported paths.
How we work
You work directly with our team and see working software early. We agree how to judge the result, discuss limitations and leave your team with the code and context to move forward.
Scope, availability, delivery dates and communication are agreed before work starts.
